Focus of the Month

Every month, there will be a character trait within ourselves that we dedicate the next 4 weeks to sharpening. This exercise is designed to break down who we are into separate pieces, and sculpt each piece into a perfected trait we can re-attach to ourselves, improving our self-esteem and the connection we have to the goddess dwelling within us. Importantly, you can begin this program at anytime during the year. Month 1 is whichever month you decide to take the challenge.
